About  TRM Coaching

TRM Coaching is run by Daniel Stevens, a UKA qualified athletics coach. Dan has been involved in athletics for almost 40years, training and racing at every distance from 100m to Marathon and is now coaching runners to do the same.

Dan is passionate about running and will support you through personalised training programs tailored to your needs, along with 1-2-1 sessions and technique assessments.

If you are a beginner with no experience of running, a park runner looking to improve your time, a casual runner who wants to improve running technique or you have a specific race in mind...TRM Coaching is for you!
